All images are the property of the Photographer. Personal use only rights, or other specific rights, are granted with any image transfer (whether by purchase or gift, by print or electronically).
Copyright Notice
Any copyright notice on the images on this website will not appear on any purchased product. Why is it even there? Because it is just too easy to snag images off the internet! To obtain an image without the notice, please buy something.
WARNING!
Please heed the rights that we assign to you upon image transfer. Copyright infringement is THEFT - it is illegal and immoral. We are usually very nice people, but we do not tolerate theft of our property. These photographs are our property and we protect the integrity and the use of our photographs. In lieu of prosecuting for copyright infringement, we may chose to require payment using the following rate structure: Personal use: $100 for first image plus $10 for each additional image copied or scanned, and $0.125 per square inch per printed image (e.g. $10 per 8"x10"); Web Use: $200 for first image plus $2 for each additional image per month per appearance or availability per URL; Print Use: $500 for first image plus $5 for each additional image included in a printed collection, and $1 for first image plus $0.10 for each additional image included in a printed collection item; ("image" means used in whole or part and in original or derivative form; "printed collection" means an edition of book, poster, newspaper, magazine, brochure, etc.; "printed collection item" means each individual book, poster, newspaper, magazine, brochure, etc.).
